I'm a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, and AI-enabled Support Operations Specialist with a passion for turning complex software, APIs, products, and support workflows into clear documentation that anyone can understand. I’ve spent years working with tech companies across fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, and edtech, where I’ve learned that every complex detail has a story worth telling in simple words.

What I Do Now

Today I work as a Documentation, AI Workflow & Automation Consultant at Evertec, modernizing fintech documentation portals and designing BRD-to-Azure DevOps automation, and as an AI Support Operations Specialist at Paperlike, where I craft support macros, AI agent guidance, and workflow rules that keep customer responses accurate and brand-safe. Before that, I spent three years as a Senior Technical Writer at FullStack Labs and Peachjar.

My Background

My background in business administration enables me to approach writing with a broad perspective. Being multilingual is one of my strengths—Spanish, English, Italian, and French—it means I can connect with people from different cultures and explain technical ideas in a way that feels natural and friendly.

Work Style & Approach

I love working remotely because it gives me the freedom to focus and collaborate with talented people from around the world. Whether I'm writing user guides, API documentation, release notes, or internal SOPs—with tools like Astro/Starlight, Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence, HubSpot, Notion, and Azure DevOps—I always aim to keep things clear and accessible.

What Drives Me

When I’m not busy crafting documentation, I enjoy exploring AI workflows, prompt design, and automation—finding fresh ways to make knowledge easier to use. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to make sure that anyone reading my work walks away with a better understanding of technology and feels confident using it.
